Menopause and it's Symptoms
Almost all women know what menopause is? It has direct links with hormonal changes in women. Menopause may begin at forty or at 45. That depends on individual health conditions. It may last from 3 to 10 years, again depends on individuals.
Normally women at their middle age of 35 to 45 experience lot of changes in menstrual cycle. This is mainly because of the decline of female sex hormone level. i.e. estrogen level. Some women experience longer menstrual cycles since there is no ovulation for long period. In some cases, the cycle gets reduced to 24 – 26 days resulting in frequent menstrual periods.
This change in estrogen cause many other side effects which are deep linked to behavior too. This includes mood changes, vaginal dryness, hot rashes and many other related complications. Sudden mood change, mental depression, anxiety are some associated with menopause. All these symptoms can be reduced by lifestyle changes, few medications after consulting with your doctor, regular aerobic exercise, diet modifications etc.
