Diabetes risk factors for heart disease

In general diabetes is classified in to three types based on the cause and condition of the disease.

Type1: When our body does not produce enough insulin.

Type 2: When our body does not respond to insulin level. Most people diagnosed for diabetes are from this kind. In some cases relative insulin deficiency is also reported.

Gestational diabetes: Only pregnant women are susceptible to this kind of diabetes. Before pregnancy they were not diagnosed for diabetes. This type resolved itself after delivery.
